    Standard Package Information

    The standard package is our entry level package. This is the only package that accepts third party coupons/vouchers.

    • Photo booth mode is available. Other modes are not available as an addon.
    • No enclosure or the curtained enclosure is available with black or silver sequin curtains only.
    • Default template or design your own template is available.
    • Extra fees if your venue has stairs and/or if there is no free venue parking available.
    • You may select to add a gallery, you may also upgrade to the deluxe gallery for a fee.
    • We offer all our photo books at 50% off it's listed price. Limit to one book per booking.
    • Images are set at standard quality with watermarks.
    • If you would like to upgrade to another package, please contact us.
    Boothie Package Information

    The boothie package is premium package which is designed for guests to have a full photo booth experience. No third party coupons/vouchers will be accepted.

    • Photo booth mode and boomerang GIF mode is included with this package. Other modes are available as an addon.
    • All our enclosure types are available for selection.
    • All our curtain styles and colours are available for selection.
    • All template options are available for selection.
    • There are no venue fees.
    • Gallery is automatically upgraded to the deluxe gallery.
    • Idle time is available for request for an additional fee.
    • Photo books initially are 50% off.
    • Reach $900 or more total booking price, large photo books are offered at 75% off or the small photo books are free.
    • Reach $1100 or more total booking price, all our photo books are available for free. Limit of 1 photo book per booking.
    • Have the ability to upgrade the quality of your image downloads and to remove the watermarks for an additional fee.

    The Creative package is premium package which is designed for guests to show their creativity by using our creative modes. The following information shows you an overview on what the Creative package offers.

    • The Creative package offers the Photo Booth Mode, Boomerang Gif Mode, and the Creative Filter Mode, with options that allow you to select other add-ons.
    • Only the Lilap Events coupons/vouchers are valid for this package.
    • All our enclosure types are available.
    • All our curtain styles and colours are available.
    • All template options are available.
    • There are no venue fees.
    • Gallery is automatically upgraded to the deluxe gallery.
    • Idle time is available for request.

    By selecting the Design Your Own Template, we will be providing you with our print template base file. A link will be given via email or you may click the link below to download the template now. You will need to have Adobe Photoshop to edit this file. You must also follow our strict design guidelines as our software automatically locates the photos to your template.

    Service Add-ons
    • Roaming Photographer. A photographer will be present for the whole duration of your photo booth hire. They will roam the event and photograph crowds, people, groups, tables, decorations etc. Photographer has free roam. $250 Addon.
    • Event Photographer. An independent photographer who has their own timetable, photography instructions etc. Must be approved. Prices start from $1500.
    • Event Videographer. An independent videographer who has their own timetable, videography instructions etc. Must be approved. Prices start from $2500.
    • Event DJ. An independent event DJ who has their own timetable, song/style instructions etc. Must be approved. Prices start from $1500.

    Terms of Service

    Please make sure you have read our General Terms of Service, and our Photo Booth Terms of Service. This document contains vital information to protect the client, staff and Lilap Events. We adhere to strict health and safety regulations and may refuse service at the event if the client is in breach of these terms.

    Please make sure you have contacted and received approval from the venue. Some venues do not allow us to arrive and to setup during an event. Some only allow us to setup during Bump in and Bump out. If your venue does not allow us to setup during your event, please select the time of the start of your event, this will allow us to setup within 30 minutes of your event starting.

    By providing us correct venue information, we are able to prepare our staff, send additional specialised gear, and/or send more staff members to assist within the venue. This is due to health and safety reasons which we adhere to strictly. Information found to be incorrect on the event day may result in us not being able to provide a service.

    Our equipment requires to be indoors, and not to be placed outside due to the risk of electrical fault. We also require power for our equipment to function. We are unable to provide a service upon arrival if the booth is placed outdoors due to health and safety.

    *Terms of Service Agreement

    You AGREE that you have read our Terms of Service, and AGREE to our Terms of Service for both general service and the photo booth service.
    You AGREE that you have made sure the photo booth service is approved by the venue and can setup within 30 minutes of the selected start time.
    You AGREE that you have provided us with correct venue information, and also agree that you have provided us with correct venue stairs information.
    You AGREE that the Photo Booth location placement will be indoors, have access to power, and not to be placed outside.
